Persons with reduced mobility
Thanks to the temporary visitors lift, the Dom Tower is now accessible to persons with reduced mobility. The Utrecht Tourist Information Centre is also wheelchair accessible and just 100 metres from the tower and the bus line 2 stop (U-OV line Museumkwartier).
Service dogs
Service dogs are welcome. Please inform us in advance when visiting with a service dog.
Blind and visually impaired persons
Blind and visually impaired persons can climb the tower with a companion, who can enter free of charge. We request advance notification and have placed information signs at the top of the tower providing descriptions of the view in braille.
Hard of hearing
Persons who are hard of hearing can climb the tower with a sign interpreter, who can enter free of charge. We do, however, request advance notification. We also provide an information page in Dutch that can be read while the guide narrates.
Facilities
Restrooms are located on the ground floor of the Dom Tower reception building. There is no toilet for persons with reduced mobility.

Prices
The Dom Tower is open all year round. In addition to our regular guided tour and the lift tours in the summer, we regularly organize other activities and special tours in the tower. Check our agenda for more.
Ticketing
Book tickets with ease for your staircase or lift tour in advance via our online ticket shop or the Tourist Information Centre at Domplein 9. This is also the starting point for guided tours of the Dom Tower. Please note: it is not allowed to take (hand) bags into the Dom Tower. We provide free lockers for this.

Combination tour ‘Under & Up de Dom’
Discover 2000 years of Domplein from top to bottom in 60 minutes. You visit the excavation of DOMunder under the Domplein and then take the stairs or elevator up the Domtoren.
